Enterprise Taxation Services grew from a concept by Mr Graham Wallis and Mr Merv Maynard to set up an office at the Loganholme shopping centre and offer the service of preparing individual tax returns to the public during the July to October taxation season and then continue this service from their main office for the remainder of the year.
Enterprise Taxation Services Pty Ltd was formed in 1992 by Mr Graham Wallis.
It started as a small accounting practice which specialised in individual income tax return preparation with Graham, his wife Merle and one administration staff member. In 1993, Graham & Merle’s son Nathan joined the rapidly growing firm and now ETS is operated jointly by Graham and Nathan.
Since then, the firm has grown to include three full time accountants, Graham as a consultant, and seven assistant and administration staff.
ETS has also expanded it’s services to include all levels of accounting services. The firm currently has a client base of over 6,000 clients including Companies, and Superannuation Funds.
The firm has also branched out to include a finance brokerage arm and an affiliation with ETS Financial Services Pty Ltd, financial planning firm.
Enterprise Taxation Services Pty Ltd holds it’s tax agent licence and is affiliated with The Australian Taxation and Management Accountants which is an Australia wide body of tax agent practising accountants.

Graham Wallis FTMA
Graham is the founder of Enterprise Taxation Services Pty Ltd. He has had more than 19 years experience in the accounting and finance arena and prior to that more than 20 years experience owning and operating businesses ranging from panel beating shops to a petrol station operation. Owing to medical problems, he was advised to change his work and hence went back and studied accounting.
Prior to starting Enterprise Taxation Services Pty Ltd, between 1986 and 1988, Graham owned and operated “Survival Management Services” which helped business people trade through and out of bankruptcy and liquidation. Between 1998 and 1989 Graham was the cost accountant for the Sunshine Coast Motorway project, and between 1989 and 1992 Graham worked for an accounting firm, preparing individual income tax returns.
Graham is a fellow member of the Australian Taxation & Management Accountants and is well known and respected by his associate members.

Nathan Wallis AATMA
Nathan joined Enterprise Taxation Services Pty Ltd in 1993, working alongside his father preparing individual income tax returns. He has had a lifetime of experience observing and working with his father and consequently has a broad knowledge of business performance and operations.
Nathan has a degree in music and is currently completing his accounting degree at the University of New England. He is an affiliate member of the Australian Taxation & Management Accountants and is well know and respected by his associate members.

Leister Wallis FTMA
Leister Wallis joined his brother and nephew at Enterprise Taxation Services Pty Ltd in December 2000. He is a past Associate member of the Australian Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) and is currently a fellow member of the Australian Taxation & Management Accountants.
Leister held various positions in the field of accounting in particular, internal corporate accounting prior to 1977 when he had a change in vocation.

Naomi Johnson B.Bus(Accounting); CPA
Naomi Johnson joined Enterprise Taxation Services Pty Ltd in December 2003. She has had nine years experience as an accountant in particular small businesses and corporate entities. After completing her Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in 1996 she was employed by an accounting firm where she remained until moving to ETS. During this time she completed her CPA qualifications and is now a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.
